What does Dragonfly delivery cost?+
Custom enterprise pricing based on your volume, delivery complexity, and service level. We build tailored proposals for every merchant — book a 15-minute demo and we'll walk you through a custom quote. Enterprise clients get dedicated account management and volume-based pricing.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No hidden fees. Transparent, predictable pricing with no surge fees, no "service fees," no marketing fees. What you see is what you pay. Enterprise contracts can lock in rates for 12 months.
How do I pay for deliveries?+
Weekly invoicing with net-15 terms for verified businesses. Pay via ACH, credit card, or check. Enterprise clients can arrange custom billing cycles. Real-time delivery costs visible in dashboard.
Can customers pay the delivery fee?+
Yes! You can pass delivery costs to customers, absorb them yourself, or split them. Our platform supports all models. Many catering businesses build delivery into menu pricing for a seamless customer experience.

How do I get started with Dragonfly?+
Book a 30-minute demo call where we'll show you the platform, discuss your specific needs, and create a custom pricing proposal. Most merchants are fully onboarded within 1-2 business days. No long-term contracts required.
Is there a minimum order requirement?+
No minimums for standard service. However, our sweet spot is catering orders $100+ where our white-glove setup service adds the most value. For high-volume, small-order businesses, we can discuss custom solutions.
What areas do you service?+
We serve 1,000s of cities across the US and Canada with rapid expansion planned. Contact us to check availability in your area or request service in a new market.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?+
No long-term contracts required. Start with pay-as-you-go and upgrade to enterprise pricing when you hit 50+ monthly deliveries. Enterprise contracts offer better rates in exchange for commitment, but they're optional.
Integrations & Technology
What platforms do you integrate with?+
Direct integrations with ezCater, Sharebite, Toast, Square, Grubhub for Business, Foodee, ZeroCater, and 20+ more. Orders flow automatically - no manual entry. RESTful API available for custom integrations with your existing systems.
How does order dispatch work?+
Orders sync automatically from integrated platforms or can be entered manually in our dashboard. Our proprietary AI automatically assigns the optimal driver based on location, vehicle size, and delivery requirements. You'll see driver assignment within minutes.
Can customers track their delivery?+
Yes! Every delivery includes a tracking link you can share with customers. They'll see real-time driver location, ETA updates, and delivery confirmation photos. Branded tracking pages available for enterprise clients.
What reporting is available?+
Full analytics dashboard showing: delivery volumes, on-time rates, average delivery times, cost per delivery, customer satisfaction scores, and driver performance. Export to CSV or connect to your BI tools via API.
Insurance & Reliability
What insurance coverage is included?+
Our AI platform manages every delivery end-to-end, and every order includes up to $5M commercial liability coverage. This protects your food/products from pickup to delivery against accidents, theft, or damage. You don't need to add us to your insurance - we're already covered.
What's your on-time delivery rate?+
98.5% on-time delivery rate across all orders. For corporate catering (our specialty), we're at 99.2%. Late deliveries trigger automatic alerts, and we have backup drivers ready to ensure delivery windows are met.
What if something goes wrong with a delivery?+
Our support team handles all customer communication. For food quality issues caused by delivery, we cover the cost. For late deliveries, automatic credits apply. You have a dedicated account manager for escalations - real people, not just a chat bot.
How do you ensure food safety?+
All drivers are ServSafe certified. Vehicles equipped with commercial hot/cold bags. Temperature monitoring for sensitive items. Chain of custody photos at pickup and delivery. We take food safety as seriously as you do.
White-Glove Service
What is white-glove delivery?+
Beyond dropping food at the door: our drivers set up catering spreads, arrange food on tables, set out utensils and napkins, follow your specific presentation instructions, and ensure everything looks perfect. Professional attire required - this is executive dining, not fast food.
Can drivers handle complex setups?+
Yes! Our catering-certified drivers handle multi-course meals, chafing dish setups, beverage stations, and special dietary arrangements. For very large events (100+ people), we dispatch multiple drivers to ensure setup is complete before guests arrive.
What if the customer isn't ready?+
Drivers wait up to 15 minutes at no extra charge. For longer waits, we charge $1/minute. For scheduled catering, customers get reminder notifications. If no one is available, we follow your specified protocol (leave with reception, return, etc.).

What is Local Campaigns?+
Local Campaigns is an add-on to Dragonfly OS that lets you launch geo-targeted local ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Dragonfly-owned channels (your storefront, email list, and local SEO) in a few clicks.
