The subscriber gets live tracking and a photo at the door. The brand watches the same route in the portal. Orders enter through the API at /developers. Cart connections already documented for parcels include Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, ShipStation, and NetSuite. Use those if the order starts in a storefront. If it starts in a subscription system, that system needs to be able to call the orders API. Nothing on this page claims a named subscription-billing connector beyond that.

A subscription tool that can send an order to that API can use the same path. This page does not name a subscription-billing integration that is not already written down.
What happens when a box can't be delivered?
Photo proof is the record of a completed door. Customer notifications run during the route. The exception — a second attempt or a return to the hub — is set with the brand on the quote, because brands differ on whether a box may be left.
Do you handle prepared meals and senior meal programs?
