The order is created in the pharmacy portal, from a pharmacy management system, or through the orders API. Pickup is the counter. Dropoff is the patient. The order can require a signature and a minimum age. Dispatch assigns a background-checked, HIPAA-trained driver. The patient gets SMS updates and a tracking page. The pharmacist sees the same status.
